Subscriptions & Refunds
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This page explains how paid CryptoRadar features are purchased and how to manage subscriptions and refund requests. CryptoRadar is provided by Mohammed Rizwan Syed, operating as rizwan.app.studio.
Purchases through Google Play
Android subscriptions are purchased and billed by Google Play. The applicable price, billing period, renewal details and subscription terms are shown by Google Play before purchase. To manage or cancel, use the Google Play account and subscription settings associated with your purchase. Google's instructions are available at Google Play subscription management.
Purchases through Apple's App Store
iOS subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple. The applicable price, billing period, renewal details and subscription terms are shown by Apple before purchase. To manage or cancel, use your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple's instructions are available at Apple subscription management.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store before the renewal date. Removing CryptoRadar from your device, signing out of an app store or clearing app data does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's rules.
Refund requests
Because Google Play and Apple process the payments, refund requests for purchases made through those stores should be submitted to the relevant store and are assessed under that store's refund process and applicable law. Google Play refund information: Google Play refunds. Apple refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Contact us at rizwan.app.studio@gmail.com if a subscription is not recognised by the app after a valid purchase, or if you need technical help. Please do not email payment-card details, passwords or purchase tokens.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights or remedies available under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Where local law provides a refund or cancellation right that cannot be excluded, that right continues to apply.
